Pouncey was a three-year starter at UF who won the Rimington Trophy awarded to the nation's best center. His bruising style of play will fit perfectly with the Steelers' tough offensive line.
Pouncey, the second interior lineman off the board Thursday, is the fifth offensive lineman in Gators history to be selected in the first round.
