India Bat First Vs New Zealand

India bat first vs New ZealandCOLOMBO: India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bat first in the tri-series match against New Zealand at Rangiri Dambulla Stadium. Both teams need a win in order to reach the final on Aug. 28. Hosts Sri Lanka have already qualified for the final.





India has dropped spinner Pragyan Ojha for an extra paceman Munaf Patel, while Virat Kohli replaces Rohit Sharma in the batting lineup.


New Zealand has brought in Tim Southee and Andy McKay to replace injured pair Jacob Oram and Daryl Tuffey.
