Slice, the fame internet brawler, is one of the interesting new fighters in UFC. Even though, UFC President Dana White didn’t like him at first, White suddenly open the gate for him. Kimbo became part of the The Ultimate Fighter 10 (TUF 10) which received high ratings. TUF 10 debut set a ratings record with 4.1 million viewers. Can you imagine how many people are interested to Kimbo?
Kimbo was not so impressive on his UFC debut match against Houston Alexander, the hip hop artist from North Omaha, Nebraska. Although the fight ended in favor of Kimbo, this is not to be consider as impressive start in his UFC career. Maybe, Kimbo is still adapting in the Octagon and needs to adjust. He is new in the Octagon and he needs to cope with fighting style in UFC. Kimbo opened the first round of the fight in a slow pace. Both fighters decided not to exchange kicks and punches.
Hopefully, Kimbo will released his full strength and will be able to show his fearsome fighting skills. He has just started his long journey. There are many great fighters in the heavyweight division and one of them is his opponent in TUF 10 – Roy Nelson. If he’ll be able to defeat the great fighters in the heavyweight division, he’ll be the next opponent of Brock Lesnar. But the road to the heavyweight title is too far. Let’s see what will happen on Kimbo’s 2nd fight against Matt Mitrione.
