His wife, Maria Shriver, and son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, seem to be all smiles as they were spotted meeting him at the gym, too.? Who knew working out with the family could be such fun and a great motivator?
Even his famous wife seems to have strong opinions regarding the issue of fitness.? Although she looks to be the picture of health and the model of fitness, she knows first hand about the challenges of maintaining a healthy weight.
'I've struggled with weight my whole life," she reveals. "We, as people, tend to make an emotional connection to food. This is a huge vice in society."
Who knows, maybe the family was just trying to make a public statement to bring awareness to Maria's observation that food has become a big vice.?
