Latest Update News About Machida Vs Shogun 2, The upcoming UFC 113 event at the Bell Centre in Quebec, Canada features a light heavyweight title fight between Lyoto Machida and Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua.
The pair have fought before. At UFC 104, the unbeaten Machida was awarded the victory in what proved to be controversial fashion. Although all three judges scored the bout 48-47 in Machida's favour, many big names in Mixed Martial Arts, including UFC supremo, Dana White, felt that 'Shogun' had won the fight. Other fighters to have questioned the judges scoring included UFC legends like Randy Couture, Vitor Belfort and Thiago Silva.
Now, on May 8th 2010, Rua has his chance to right what he and many others saw as a wrong. UFC 113 could be the revenge of the Shogun.
