Boston Marathon 2010 Result, the 114th version kicked off at 8:20 AM EST on Monday morning. The start times were lined up as follows. Mobility Impaired Division left at 9:00 AM, the Push-Rim Wheelchair folks at 9:17 AM and so forth until the Elite Women shot out at 9:32 AM with the Elite Men and Wave 1 heading out at 10:00 AM and Wave 2 at 1030 AM. At this point, all that could be done by spectators was sit back and watch.

When all the shoes had pounded the pavement, Robert Cheruiyot crossed the finish line in a stunning 2 hours 5 minutes and 51 seconds to win the Men's Marathon. This was indeed a smash on the course record.
Ryan Hall finished as the fastest US runner finishing fourth overall in 2 hours, 8 minutes and 41 seconds. Teyba Erkesso of Ethiopia won with finishing in 2 hours, 26 minutes and 11 seconds. The Boston Marathon 2010 Results also included the likes of Russian Pushkareva who finished only three seconds behind the winner. The defending champion Salina Kosgei finished third in 2 hours, 28 minutes and 35 seconds.
