India Refuses Visas To Pakistan Volleyball TeamIndia has refused to issue visas to Pakistan’s volleyball team as the Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF) proposed a series of matches to its Indian counterpart in order to generate funds for flood-affected players and their families.





“The team had applied in time for the visa, but was still rejected,” said Secretary PVF, Major retired Muhammad Afzal. Pakistan’s volleyball team was to play third Asian central zone volleyball championship from September 16 to 20 in Calcutta. According to the Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF), the cause of visa denial is being interrogated.

"Preparations for the Asian Games will be affected if visas are not issued," PVF added.
